Shipping & Returns

We ship from our US and European fulfilment centres and offer complimentary standard shipping on all worldwide orders. Our shipping partners are UPS, DHL EXPRESS AND ROYAL MAIL.

UK Standard Shipping: 1 - 3 WORKING DAYS FREE

Europe Standard Shipping: 1 - 4 WORKING DAYS FREE

International Standard Shipping: 3 - 10 WORKING DAYS FREE

ORDERS ARE DELIVERED IN THE USA, UK AND EU WITH TAX AND DUTIES PAID; FOR ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO RELEVANT TAXES AND LOCAL DUTIES ON DELIVERY.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sales periods where this make take up to 48 hours. Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays to saturdays. Once dispatched, you will be notified of shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number to track your shipment. You will be able to track your order online or by contacting our customer services team at customerservice@thegoldport.com Please note that once shipped, we are unable to redirect orders to alternative addresses.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday. All orders require signature upon delivery, please contact us prior to ordering for delivery requests to PO Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We regret at this moment we are unable to offer free returns.

A return label should be enclosed in your order, please attach to parcel, and place original invoice inside. You can also find more information under my orders within your customer account.We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via a secure tracked postal or courier service .

Please note that any engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty).

We are unable to offer exchanges unless the item ordered is faulty or a different size is needed (rings only). Please contact our Customer Service team for more details. If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the original order for a refund, and place a new order.

Conditions for return

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received, with the hygiene tag (applicable for certain products) intact. Items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (USA, UK and International deliveries). THE GOLD PORT will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or have had their security tags removed. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
